Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 20, 2025 (Updated 2026)

At Uni3 Solutions, we are committed to delivering top-tier engineering, web development, and digital marketing services that meet and exceed client expectations.

1. Milestone-Based Custom Development

Custom web and mobile application development projects follow structured milestone deliverables as defined in the project contract. Once a milestone is reviewed, approved, and delivered, payments for that completed milestone are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled mid-milestone, unutilized deposit funds will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

2. SaaS Subscriptions

For recurring SaaS product subscriptions (e.g. BuildWebAPK, Louce AI), you may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal. Cancellations will prevent renewal on the next billing cycle.

3. Non-Refundable Deliverables

Domain purchases, third-party SSL certificates, and cloud infrastructure fees incurred on behalf of the client.
Completed architectural consulting hours and code audits.
Custom source code transferred and deployed to client infrastructure.

4. Submitting a Refund Request
