Welcome to Uni3 Solutions. By accessing our website (uni3solutions.com) or contracting our software design, development, and digital marketing services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope of Services
Uni3 Solutions delivers custom web development, mobile application engineering, digital marketing, SaaS subscriptions, and consulting services according to agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW) documents or subscription terms.
2. Intellectual Property & Deliverables
Upon final settlement of all project invoices and milestone payments, all custom source code, design assets, and deliverable materials created specifically for the client shall be transferred to the client. Uni3 Solutions retains ownership over proprietary base frameworks, shared utility libraries, and pre-existing software components.
3. Client Responsibilities & Milestones
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, assets, API keys, and approvals needed for project progression. Delays in providing necessary feedback or milestone approvals may adjust estimated delivery timelines accordingly.
4. Limitation of Liability
Uni3 Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, third-party API changes, or unauthorized modifications made to the delivered software by third parties.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
